Governance
In addition to the Centre's Scientific Director and the Operational Director, who work together, the Climate Centre has a Steering Committee, a Bureau and a Scientific Board.
Steering Committee
The Steering Committee is responsible for guiding, monitoring and evaluating the Centre's mission and objectives and consists of representatives of the Federal Scientific Institutes, universities and research centres, the private sector, an international member and the federal departments (of Health and Economy, respectively). In addition 5 members of the Steering Committee are appointed to the Bureau, who meet at least once per month to provide guidance and oversee the Centre's governance.
